Culinary 101 : the Apprentice Chef
Start your day like the Apprentice does. All hands on deck under the direction and guidance of Chef Melissa.
While casually paced with lots of direction you will start from full preparation of foods for your chosen meal. Covering the importance of misenplace, knife skills, product and planning. Arranged in revolving stations you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of a 3 course dinner ( including appetizer, entree, dessert)
When the meal is ready to be cooked and plated, I will demonstrate and then take volunteers to help finish
Your meal is served to you to enjoy With optional wine pairings.

The Pescatarian
A class focusing all on fish preparation.
Learn how to shop, clean, portion and prepare multiple types of seafood.
Class covers each type of fish or shellfish individually with a tasting after each preparation.
After a demonstration, each student will prepare their own fish under supervision. Due to average stove top space, 2 students will cook at a time. This portion is optional and you can choose to ask Chef to prepare yours and just relax enjoy!
Final accompaniments with your fish are not included in the class but the recipes are available for purchase .
Menu/seafood options available include a choice of FIVE : Tuna, Red Snapper, Grouper, Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels, Clams,Lobster and Octopus

Cooking Competition
Grab your competitive spirit and get ready for a fun, exciting afternoon of games, quizzes, trivia, and lots of information about food. All while making your way around the kitchen learning new techniques, recipes, food facts and history.
This course is for the adventurous diner ONLY and will include some foods that may not be on an average dinner menu.
Food is served throughout the course as part of the competition and Menu is established by Chef Melissa
